Scandinavian Modern standing desk, podium or perhaps lectern, solid teak and teak veneers with legs drilled for several height options. The desk lid flips up to reveal a storage compartment beneath. The chair is upholstered in a supple charcoal leatherette and matches the profile of the desk with its stark angularity, the back being composed of a simple "T" over squared legs. Unusual and of a very practical size. Denmark circa 1960s.

Condition: Very fine vintage condition with only minor blemishes/use-indicators; all surfaces re-oiled and minimally restored to an excellent presentation; sturdy and tight in all joints.
