Description
An estate-found settee and pair of open arm chairs in the Louis XVI style from the first quarter of the 20th century, the set features and carved and molded frame with later distressed white paint against darker highlights of rosettes and carved floral elements. All rest over gently cabriole legs terminating in scrolled toes.
Settee: 38 7/8 H x 59 7/8 W x 24 D (approx), 15 1/2 H to seat
Chairs: 35 1/4 H x 26 W x 20 1/8 D x 16 H to seat
Condition: Must be reupholstered, with upholstery removed from the chair seats and one chair back. All upholstery is in very poor condition. White painted surface is refreshed recently. Sturdy and tight joints, ready to be upholstered.
