Description
Aesthetic Movement Carved and Ebonized Column Pedestal, 20th century. A square pedestal top measuring 11 1/2 wide and deep over a bold and complex ring-turned and dramatically swollen capital balister raised on a squared tapered column featuring a symmetrical display of curling motifs in raised relief over a stippled ground terminating in a simple pleasing ring turned footer on a squared 12 3/8 base. 20th century.

Condition: Surface shrinkage cracks and striations. Wear to the ebonized finish throughout.
