Inaugural Fine and Decorative Arts Sale
Lot 119:
Description
A very fine chevron patterned flexible-link bracelet executed in solid 14k rose, yellow and white gold bars, the tiny balls that run along the side are indicative of pins that run through each pivot point of the bracelet. The result is such a wide variety of potential points of rotation that the bracelet is not only incredibly slinky but also distributes stress perfectly across so many points that it is nearly indestructible. With a wonderful texture to the rose and yellow gold bars against the bright polished finish of the white gold – the finishes catch and reflect light chaotically as it flexes.
